Field Notes is written by the four people at Meridian, a small coffee roastery on Prinzenallee in Berlin. Two of us roast, one looks after the cafés and offices we supply, and one does everything else.
We roast on Mondays and Thursdays. In between, we write down what we have learned — about the farms we buy from, the roaster we run and the water you brew with — mostly so we stop explaining it one customer at a time.

Tasting notes, gear reviews and anything sponsored. There is a shop for the coffee, and it stays over there.
